3 NEW EMPLOYEES SET OUT TO IMPROVE THE SWISS CABINET EXPERIENCE

We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to add some exciting expertise to a cabinet team already brimming with experience. Jimmy Bowen has decades of experience designing, installing and building fine custom cabinetry.  Balázs Naményi combines a creative mind with over a decade of design and manufacturing automation experience in both Europe and America.

New Swiss Woodcraft employee Balasz Namyeni.

Balázs Naményi, a native of Hungary, has joined our Cabinet Vision technical staff.  His vast experience with CAD and CNC-type software is helping to make Cabinet Vision even more meaningful for our customers.  His extensive manufacturing automation experience includes work in European automotive plants before he emigrated to America.   During last year’s pandemic, Balazs found himself stuck in Germany when the American embassy was closed and unable to process his return visa.  Rather than moping around, Balázs bought a 3-D printer and taught himself how to use it to bridge his creative and mechanical interests.  Now back in America, and soon expecting his first child with wife Kate, Balázs turns Cabinet Vision drawings into 3-D environments so that designers and homeowners get a better view of their cabinet designs.

New Swiss Woodcraft employee Jimmy Bowen.

Jimmy Bowen worked with a small custom carpentry shop for almost 30 years and has built cabinetry for some of the finest homes in northeast Ohio.  His hands-on experience provides another vital link between our customers and the shop floor.  For years he practiced carpentry the old-fashioned way with hand-drawn designs and shop drawings.  Now he’s enjoying Swiss Woodcraft’s advanced software capabilities as he works with builders, homeowners and designers to translate their design visions into reality.

Swiss Woodcraft has crafted high quality custom cabinetry for 40 years, along with custom millwork, doors, moldings, beams, mantels and hardwood flooring.  Long-time investments in both software and sophisticated woodworking equipment have helped Swiss turn cabinetry into fine furniture suitable for the most elegant custom home.
