This photo progression shows you how we bring in rough cut planks from the sawmill, mill them to a consistent thickness; cut them to the right width; router tongue and groove joints into sides and ends.

Can you spot the seam?

This 16’ long molding is made by joining two pieces of wood together. But, unless you have eyes like an eagle, you can’t find where the seam is. The woodgrains match almost perfectly and the stain obliterates any hints of the seam. Cathedral-shaped doors to fit in both rectangular and curved openings.  These are going to be absolutely beautiful when finished and installed.  Even the jamb is a work of art.
